Waterproof Tester
What is the scope of the machine testing?
The machine itself has a testing range of (10bar~-0.7bar) However, due to the limitations of domestic air pumps, the maximum output pressure is 8 bar. Therefore, if we use the air pump provided by us, only the tested 8bar~-0.7bar pressure can be achieved.
How long is the waterproof tester warranty, what to do after the warranty expires?
The waterproof tester comes with a one- year warranty. If there is a quality problem within one year, the company will provide free maintenance and will undertake the freight and return. If there is a small problem beyond one year, the company will also provide free maintenance, only requiring the freight.
How to use the waterproof tester gasket?
Choose the corresponding gasket based on the different sizes of the watch case back to ensure the balance of the watch, so as to test accurately.
Can the waterproof tester and the dust blower with suction share the same air pump?
Yes, through the three-way connector, one air pump can carry multiple waterproof testers and dust blower with suction at the same time.

What do the top and bottom parts of the waterproof tester's test interface represent?
The top represents negative pressure test, the bottom represents positive pressure test.
The waterproof tester shows insufficient air source pressure
Reason 1: The air pump is not opened.
Reason 2: The output pressure of the air pump is insufficient, adjust the output valve of the air pump.
Reason 3: The air pipeline is not smooth, there may be a bend or foreign objects.
How to pill out the air tube from the waterproof tester?
First, turn off the air pump. Use a dust blower to release the remaining gas. Then press the black ring inward at the position where the air pipe is inserted behind the waterproof tester, and pull out the tube outward at the same time.
The machine cover does not close tightly.
Check whether the seal ring has fallen out, take it out and apply waterproof oil on the surface before putting it back.
Testing the waterproof tester indicates that the watch was not placed successfully.
1. Turn off and restart the machine
2. Check whether the sensor paddle is stuck
3. Contact the after-sales personnel to determine if it can be handled remotely.
Is the data used for each watch in the waterproof tester different?
Yes, you should choose the corresponding test program according to the watch. For example, diving watches should be tested using the "case hardness program," while regular waterproof watches for daily use can be tested in "safety mode" for testing. Each test program has different air pressure data.
When the test fails, can we find out where the leak location is?
If the positive pressure test fails, you can use the "leak test" program to detect the leak point. After the test is over, put the watch into the water immediately to observe where bubbles emerge. If the negative pressure test fails, you cannot accurately detect the leak point, only detect the waterproof ring.
How to resolve the issue where the watch on the vacuum waterproof tester pops up automatically after closing the box compartment?
Check whether the seal ring has fallen out, take it out and apply waterproof oil on the surface before putting it back.
What is the testing principle of the waterproof tester?
Simulate the underwater environment based on air pressure, and detect whether a watch is water-resistance by observing the displacement change of the watch glass. If air enters the watch, it indicates a lack of water resistance, and if no air enters the watch, it means that the water-resistance performance is normal.
How to connect the waterproof tester to the air pump?
Should the waterproof tester be turned off directly when not in use?
You can click "sleep" on the homepage; this will make the cover close automatically and the screen enter sleep mode, which prevents dust from getting in. Click the screen again, and the cover will open. After closing the store at night, you can first click sleep, then turn off the power switch at the back of the water testing machine.
